When will I get my booking reference number?
Your booking reference number will be emailed to your immediately after purchase.
Can I order from outside the UK?
Yes you can. We accept international payments and can deliver your test kit to an address of choice in the UK. e.g. Hotel, B&B or Air BnB.
When will I get my certificates?
Your results certificate will be issued within 12 hours of receiving your result photo.
How do I verify my test results?
Once you have taken the test, you must register your kit here. (our partner lab will certify your results and issue the certificate).
Please note: You will be able to register the kit using the booking reference and unique QR code reference printed on device.
Results and certificates
Once the analysis of the photo evidence has been completed, a corresponding result (positive, negative or invalid) with certificate will be issued by email.
