Pillhub has a written complaint policy and procedures. We aim to acknowledge all formal written complaints within two working days of receiving them and to respond to all formal written complaints within five working days of receiving them.

Medical data and your order history will always be treated with the highest level of confidentiality. We will never reveal your data unless legally obliged by law. Pillhub has a legal obligation to comply with UK Data Protection legislation. The Pillhub Terms and Conditions and Privacy and Cookies Policy specify how we use confidential patient data.

Return Policy

Our policy does not allow for any prescribed medication to be returned. Even if you never open them, once medicines have left the Pharmacy, they cannot be recycled or used by anyone else. This is for safety reasons and we are not authorised to re-sell returned medication. 

If you have any unwanted or unused medication, you can take it to a local pharmacy and they will dispose of the products safely.

If you have ordered any of our products that are to be delivered by post, you have the right to cancel. You can only do this before your medication has been dispatched, the date on which we notify you to confirm acceptance of your order which is when the contract between us is formed and you can no longer cancel.
