About Pillhub

Is Pillhub fully licensed and regulated? How can I be sure it’s legal?

Pillhub is fully regulated and registered UK pharmacy with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). All licensed medication is supplied by Feltham Pharmacy, an established NHS community pharmacy based in London. Please visit the GPhC site to view our registration as an online pharmacy or visit the NHS website.

Is the medicine genuine - the same as those available from the high street?

Yes. All the treatments that we sell are supplied by regulated UK authorised distributors. All licensed medication is supplied by Feltham Pharmacy, an established NHS community pharmacy based in London.

Is your service discreet?

Yes. All medications will be packed in plain packing without branding or labels. We will do our best effort to protect your privacy.

What if I have a question about my medicines?

You are welcome to call or email us if you have any questions.

Ordering

Why do I have to fill in a questionnaire?

Your health is our number one priority. The questionnaire is required so we can assess your symptoms and medical history in order to issue a prescription. We want to make sure the medicines you are ordering will not cause harm to you.

Is your service confidential?

Yes! We are required by law to keep all your data confidential. We will never share with a third party.

Do I need a prescription?

You do not need an existing prescription to use Pillhub. Our free consultation process is reviewed by our pharmacist independent prescribers and will assess your suitability for a treatment. If suitable, a private prescription will be issued and sent directly to our dispensing pharmacy.

Why do you need my GP Details?

It is up to you if you want us to write to your GP to advise of new treatment. If you wish for us to notify the GP then we will do so otherwise we would not reveal or notify your GP anything without your consent.

Do I have to complete an assessment every time I re-order?

Yes, we do this to ensure no changes has happened to your health and we providing you safe care. For ease, we will auto-populate your previous answers, make sure you re-read the questions and confirm all answers are correct.

Delivery

Do you deliver outside the UK?

No, we can only deal with patients within the UK. But we are looking to extent our services in the future. If you have any queries please contact our customer support team.

What is your daily cut-off time for orders?

The weekday cut-off of 15:00 and on Saturday it is 12:00.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We will send you a tracking number when we dispatch your order.

Return and Refunds

What is your return and refund policy?

For safety reasons, we cannot reuse medication that has already been dispensed. Therefore, Our policy does not allow for any medicines to be returned. Even if you never open them, once medicines have left the pharmacy, they cannot be recycled or used by anyone else. Unwanted medication must be taken to your local pharmacy for disposal. Alternatively, we can dispose of the medication for you. Please contact help@pillhub.co.uk for more information. You can cancel an order for medicines up until the point of dispatch. This can be done by contacting the customer support team. Please note, dispatch could occur soon after an order is placed. Damaged or faulty goods Damaged or faulty goods can be returned and a full refund will be given. Please inform us by contacting help@pillhub.co.uk, quoting your order number. Please ensure that the returned item is complete and includes all the original packaging. The return address is Feltham Pharmacy, 186-188 Uxbridge Road, Feltham, TW13 5DY

What if my order was rejected for clinical reasons?

If the prescriber, for any reason, decides not to issue a prescription for a particular treatment, you will be notified via email and issued with a full refund.
