How should Nicorette Gum be used?
Nicorette gum should not be chewed continuously as you do with normal chewing gum, otherwise, nicotine can be released too quickly. Continue this for up to half an hour – after this, the gum will have lost its strength. Do not use more than 15 pieces of gum per day.
