What is EarCalm Spray?
EarCalm Spray is an over-the-counter medication that helps treat minor ear infections. It contains acetic acid that helps kill any unwanted bacteria in the ear.
How do I use EarCalm Spray?
Please follow the instructions provided in the EarCalm Spray packaging, but for general guidelines see below:
- Shake bottle well and press the pump a couple of times until you get a fine spray
- Tilt your head so the affected ear is facing upwards and gently guide the nozzle into the ear
- Pump one spray into your affected ear at least 3 times per day, with at least 2-hour intervals between each spray
- Keep using your spray until 2 days after the symptoms have stopped
Is EarCalm Spray suitable for me?
EarCalm is suitable for most people, though medical advice should be sought before administering to children under 12.
